Returns

We hope you love your purchase from Objects Beautiful, but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return it in accordance with the terms below.


General Returns

You may return your item provided that it is:

·       Unworn and in perfect, resaleable condition;

·       Returned in its original packaging; and

·       Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please note that made-to-order or customised pieces – including items adjusted at your request (e.g. resized) – cannot be returned or exchanged, unless faulty.


Online Purchases

Items purchased online must be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to the conditions above.

Please email us at info@objectsbeautiful.com so we can provide the return postal address.

You are responsible for your item until it reaches us safely. We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

The cost of returning the item is your responsibility, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

We aim to process refunds within 3–5 working days of receiving your return. During busy periods, please allow up to 14 days for your refund to appear.
All refunds will be issued via the
original method of payment.

In-Person Purchases

Items purchased directly from our in-person events or pop-ups may be exchanged or returned for a credit note within 30 days of purchase. The credit note will be valid for six months from the date of issue.

This does not apply to made-to-order or customised pieces, which are non-returnable.
Returned goods must be
unworn, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Holiday & Gift Returns

Items purchased between 1 December and 24 December as Christmas gifts may be returned until the end of January, subject to the same conditions above.


Faulty or Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately at info@objectsbeautiful.com with your order details and photographs of the item. We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund, and reimburse your return postage once confirmed.
