Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between you and Objects Beautiful when placing an order through our website or in-person at one of our exhibitions or pop-ups. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.

  1. Intellectual Property Rights

1.1 All content on the website—including text, product descriptions, images, photographs, graphics, designs, and code—is the property of Objects Beautiful or used under licence. Such material is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

1.2 You may view, print, or download sections of the website for your personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use—including copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, or republishing any content—is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.

1.3 You must not remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices displayed on the website, and no rights are transferred to you simply by using or accessing it.

  1. Accuracy of Content

2.1 We take great care to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up to date. Product descriptions, prices, and availability are correct to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions and to update information at any time without prior notice.

2.2 We make every effort to represent the colours, textures, and finishes of stones, metals, and other materials as accurately as possible. Please note that variations in monitor settings and the natural qualities of materials mean that the colours shown on screen may differ slightly from the actual piece.

2.3 All product images, dimensions, weights, and specifications are provided for general guidance only. They do not form part of any contractual agreement and no warranty or guarantee is given in this respect.

  1. Website Security & Technical Responsibility

3.1 We make every reasonable effort to keep this website safe, secure, and free from viruses or harmful code. However, we cannot guarantee that the site or any linked website will be completely free of defects, malware, or technical issues.

3.2 You are responsible for ensuring that your own device, software, and internet connection are suitably protected before accessing the website. We recommend using appropriate virus protection and security measures.

3.3 Except where caused by negligence on our part, Objects Beautiful shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or disruption (including to your data, software, or equipment) arising from your use of this website or from downloading materials from it.

  1. Formation of Contract

4.1 When you place an order and make payment through our website, in person via our card reader, or settle an invoice via bank transfer, you are making an offer to purchase the selected goods in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

4.2 Once your online order has been received, we will send an order confirmation email acknowledging that your request has been received. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order.

4.3 A legally binding contract between you and Objects Beautiful is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email confirming that your order has been shipped.

4.4 If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfil your order (for example, due to stock unavailability or payment issues), we will notify you as soon as possible, and any payment taken will be refunded in full.

  1. Availability & Made-to-Order Pieces

5.1 All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

5.2 If an item is not currently available from stock, we will contact you via email or telephone (if provided) to discuss your options. You may choose to:

  • Commission the piece to be made to order,
  • Wait until the item becomes available again, or
  • Cancel your order for a full refund (where applicable).

5.3 Please note that made-to-order and customised items are non-returnable once the order has been confirmed. Deposits paid towards made-to-order work are non-refundable, as they cover the materials and time allocated to your commission.

  1. Ordering Errors

6.1 You may review and amend your order details at any time before completing the checkout process. Once your order has been submitted and payment processed, we may not be able to make changes.

6.2 If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@objectsbeautiful.com and we will do our best to assist before the dispatch.

  1. Prices

7.1 The prices of our jewellery are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT at the current UK rate, unless stated otherwise. Prices shown on the website are correct at the time of publication but may be subject to change without prior notice.

7.2 Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom will be processed excluding VAT. Please contact us via email info@objectsbeautiful.com to confirm the price without VAT and delivery fee to your country. International sales will be done via email. We will issue an invoice and the payment will be required via bank transfer.

7.3 In the unlikely event that we are unable to accept your order at the listed price – for example, due to an error in pricing or product information – we will notify you by email. You will then have the option to:

  • Proceed with your purchase at the corrected price, or
  • Cancel your order and receive a full refund.

7.4 We reserve the right to adjust prices, products, or promotional offers at any time.

  1. Payment Terms

8.1 Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Your order will not be processed until payment has been successfully received.

8.2 We accept payment via major credit and debit cards and any other methods clearly indicated at checkout. Please ensure that your payment details are accurate and authorised.

8.3 If payment cannot be obtained or is declined by your card issuer or bank, Objects Beautiful reserves the right to cancel your order or suspend further delivery until payment is confirmed.

8.4 We accept no liability for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect payment details provided by you.

8.5 This does not affect any other legal rights available to us under these Terms & Conditions.

  1. Delivery Charges

9.1 Delivery costs vary depending on the destination and the nature of the items ordered. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Returns Policy.

9.2 For international orders, customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes charged by the destination country. These costs are not included in the product or shipping price and must be settled directly with the relevant customs authority.

9.3 Current UK delivery rates are displayed at checkout.

9.4 International (outside of UK) delivery rates will be confirmed via email upon request.

9.5 In some cases, we may be unable to deliver to certain remote or restricted locations. If this applies, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund if payment has already been made.

  1. Delivery

10.1 Your jewellery will be delivered to the address provided at checkout, so please ensure that all details are correct and complete. All deliveries require a signature upon receipt to confirm safe delivery.

10.2 Once your order has been delivered in accordance with your instructions, Objects Beautiful cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage, unless caused by our negligence.

10.3 While we make every effort to deliver your order within the stated timeframe, delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. If a delay occurs due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will contact you promptly to arrange a revised delivery date.

10.4 Ownership of the goods passes to you once delivery has been completed. From that point, the items are held at your own risk, and Objects Beautiful shall not be liable for any subsequent loss, theft, or damage.

  1. Cancellation by You

11.1 You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods (this replaces the previous seven-day period). This right does not apply to made-to-order, customised, or personalised items, which cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

11.2 To cancel your order, please contact us in writing via email within the 14-day period. You do not need to provide a reason for cancellation.

11.3 If your order has already been dispatched, please do not unpack the goods upon arrival. You must return them to us at your own cost and risk as soon as possible, ensuring they are securely packaged and in their original, unworn condition.

11.4 Once we receive the returned items in their original state and packaging, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days. If the goods are not returned or are returned damaged, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of repair, replacement, or recovery from your refund.

11.5 If you are returning an item because it is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will reimburse the cost of return postage once the issue has been confirmed.

  1. Cancellation by Us

12.1 We reserve the right to cancel your order or contract in the following circumstances:

  • 12.1.1 The item you ordered is out of stock or no longer available;
  • 12.1.2 We are unable to deliver to your location;
  • 12.1.3 A pricing or product description error occurred on the website.

12.2 If your order is cancelled by us, we will notify you promptly by email and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days of the cancellation.

12.3 We shall not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment or inconvenience caused by such cancellation.

  1. Liability

13.1 If you do not receive your order within 30 days of the purchase date, please contact us in writing at our business address within 60 days of placing your order (unless this is not reasonably practicable). Once notified, our obligation will be limited, at your choice, to one of the following:

  • 13.1.1 Supplying any missing or undelivered items;
  • 13.1.2 Repairing or replacing any damaged or defective goods; or
  • 13.1.3 Refunding the amount paid for the affected goods.

13.2 Both parties shall only be liable for losses that are reasonably foreseeable as a result of a breach of contract.

13.3 You are responsible for complying with all applicable import and export regulations, including obtaining any necessary permits or licences. Certain items may be restricted or prohibited in your country. Objects Beautiful accepts no liability for goods that cannot be imported into your jurisdiction.

13.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory consumer rights or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.

  1. Notices

Unless otherwise stated, all correspondence from you to us must be made in writing and sent to our registered business address or by email to our official contact address provided on the website.

Notices or updates from us to you will be communicated either via email or published on our website from time to time.

  1. Changes to These Terms

We may update or amend these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes in our business, legal obligations, or operational processes. The updated version will always be posted on our website, and continued use of the site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

  1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This website, its content, and any contracts formed through it are governed by and construed in accordance with English law.

By using this site, you agree that any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

All contracts and communications are conducted in English.

  1. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

  1. Privacy

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy], which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By using this website, you consent to our processing of your data as set out in that policy.

  1. Third-Party Rights
